The parts you need for constructing it are:

A water purifier is a machine that removes chemical, physical, and biological contamination from water. This article will guide you to make a home purification system at your cost. Carrying it for travel should not be difficult now. You can also use it on camping trips or in your home as you move to rural areas where clean drinking water is scarce and expensive.

You will be able to eliminate the need to purchase bottled water or use bottled water for cooking, cleaning, and other household purposes.

Parts Required: 4L plastic jar with lid, 6 small trial size bottles, plastic tubing (a length of 1/2 inch will do it), scissors (Hand tools are absolutely essential here), and a pair of scissors to cut the pipe.

Step 1: Construct a container. The container must have a depth approximately equal to your bottle or bottles being used as well as can hold at least 2 liters of water. For example; if you have 2 liters of water in a 3 liter jar you need another 3 liter jar for the filler. This is because the purifier will push water up to the top of the container as well as push purified water down.

A 4 L plastic jar with lid, 2 Trial size plastic bottle. One opener, An empty 1/2 inch pipe that will fit into the bigger Jar's neck, some (2) screws and a pair of scissors or any sharp tool to cut pipe. Also, you need an empty 1/2 inch pipe to fit into the jar's neck and a sharp tool to cut it.

Step 2: Prepare your plastic bottles. Cut off the bottom half of each bottle using scissors or any other cutting device. Make sure you cut the plastic just enough so as to not allow your fingers to get caught in it. Be careful as to not cut the bottle's screw-on cap because you may break it and your water will be ruined.

You need an empty 1/2 inch pipe that fits into your jar's neck. Take a piece of pipe (about 6 inch long) and cut off ½ of it at 90 degree angle to form a straight edge. Do the same with another piece of pipe so that both ends fit inside the other's curved end and form a circular tube shaped container, like figure 1. You can simply use cardboard or any hard plastic or wood to mold this tube if you don't have any plastic bottles.Use the remaining pipe to cut it into smaller pieces that are about 5 inches long each. These are going to be used as partitions between your trial size bottles and water.

Step 3: Prepare your plastic jar. Now fill your jar with water and put its lid on it. This will assist you when you pour the water out of the jar into the filler necks. You can also use a funnel if you want to make this process simpler. The filler necks can be created in any way that keeps them connected to the water jar but filling them with air will get rid of them while you pour out the water into those necks.
